Can an EPP offer Field Supervisor Coaching training to its own field supervisors?

An EPP that has a staff member who is a certified T-TESS trainer AND who has completed Field Supervisor Coaching Training of Trainers may provide Field Supervisor Coaching training to its own field supervisors.
